I want to tell you, first of all, that I’m a woman, mom, and grandmother who used to awaken every morning with a knot in my stomach. I thought living in overwhelm was just a normal way of life.

Through my own healing journey I found methods that work to make each day satisfying, creative, and joyful. I’m living proof that there’s another, better way to live.

Through the use of tapping on acupuncture points, getting to know different parts of ourselves, meditation/visualization, make and maintain a spiritual connection, and much more, you too can live your best life.

In my boutique coaching practice, I give you the attention I’d like to have had in my sometimes lonely healing journey. I’ll be there for you while giving you the tools and knowledge needed to be your own best friend and live the happy life you might not be able to imagine yet.
